DATELSTREAM Customer Portal Launched!
 
We are pleased to announce the launch of the new DATELSTREAM customer portal, which gives you even better service by allowing you to easily track the work we are doing for you.

This is what you can do with our customer portal:

  • See service requests that we are currently working on.

  • See service requests that are waiting for action by you.

  • View the details of a service request including what actions we have carried out and how much time we have spent on it.

  • Add a note to an existing service request.

  • Create a new service request.

  • See the charges for work we have done so far this month.

  • See your current account balance and details of past invoices and payments.



To access the DATELSTREAM customer portal just click on the "Login" button at the top of the screen. You will need a user name and password so contact us if you do not already have one.
